நான் ஒரு காட்டுயிர் ஆராய்ச்சியாளன். மைசூரை  தலைமையிடமாகக்  கொண்ட இயற்கை பாதுகாப்பு நிறுவனத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவன் (NCF). இயற்கைப்  பாதுகாப்பின் அவசியத்தை, இயற்கையின் விந்தைகளை, குழந்தைகளுக்கும், அரசு அதிகாரிகளுக்கும், பொதுமக்களுக்கும் எளிய தமிழில் விளக்குவது எனது  வேலைகளில் ஒன்று. பல்லுயிர்ப் பாதுகாப்பின் அவசியத்தை எளிய வகையில் அவரவர்  தாய்மொழியில் அனைவருக்கும் எடுத்துச் சொல்வது ஒவ்வொரு இயற்கை ஆர்வலர்களின், காட்டுயிர் ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்களின்  கடமை எனக் கருதுகிறேன் . இந்த வலைப்பதிவின் நோக்கமும் அதுதான்.

I am a wildlife biologist, with Nature Conservation Foundation (NCF), Myosre, India. I am interested in disseminating the values and services rendered by the natural ecosystem to younger generations and general public in particular as well as to government officials, bureaucrats and decision makers. To accomplish this, I am keen in producing educational materials in simple and local language. The main objective of this blog is to publish nature writings in Tamil.
